Fri, 14th July, 2023 from 10:00 AM, in London
We invite you to join Charlotte Housden in a face-to-face Sadler Heath session in London, to step back from our busy-ness to enable ourselves to ask ourselves we don’t normally stop to ask.
This session will give ourselves a chance to generate our own reflexivity as we consider more deeply a knotty challenge we might be facing. This might lead to supporting us in helping others through their own difficult challenges too.
We will be building on a process that Charlotte has developed for her recently launched book Swim, Jump, Fly: A Guide to Changing Your Life, where Charlotte is experimenting with how to develop that process even further.
Charlotte Housden is a Chartered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist, supporting coaching clients and leading global leadership development and coaching programmes. Charlotte is intrigued about how people successfully navigate change so, during 2019-20, she interviewed 108 people in 27 countries, individuals who were all facing challenging career and life changes. In 2022 she wrote up her findings in a book: Swim, Jump, Fly: A Guide to Changing Your Life with the aim of encouraging people to pause and reflect, then offering guidance to help them work through the challenges in their lives. You can find out more on www.swimjumpfly.com
As you know, Sadler Heath is a not for profit organisation whose purpose is to provide space for all of us, independent of where and how we work, to pay attention to our long term development. Our events are experiential and experimental and we are all working on our learning edge, including the people like Charlotte who bring the catalyst for learning.
We hope you would be prepared to contribute £45 to cover the cost of the venue for the event, with any surplus going towards funding our accounting and website costs. We will hold this in the beautiful Cervantes Theatre, a charity dedicated to enhancing Spanish drama and music in London.
We look forward to seeing you there if you can make it.
