Finding your voice

This workshop will be led by Heather Urquhart and Joe Samuel who specialise in musical improvisation and comedy.  In particular, they like to work with groups who have no particular musical ability, who often carry self limiting beliefs about their capacity to ‘let go’  and allow them to be spontaneous and creative.   I was fortunate enough to attend a workshop they ran for Sadler Heath in London last year, and it was a truly inspirational experience .  You might like to look at their website, which is
